The Situation

Donut I Love U had what most brands are chasing: nonstop word of mouth and lines at the window. The in-person experience was dialed. The problem lived online.

The website was thin. Private event info was scattered. The truck schedule lived mostly on social. And there was no real system to stay in touch with guests after a visit. The team needed a brand story, site, social presence, and CRM that matched the quality of the product and made growth feel intentional instead of chaotic.

What We Built

Brand strategy: Led a workshop to clarify the core story: irresistibly gluten-free donuts made for everyone. Not a niche product. A better donut.

Website: Planned, wrote, and designed a new site that highlights the menu, truck locations, and private event bookings. Guests can quickly see where to find the trucks and how to book them.

Social media: Took over management with clear content lanes: menu highlights, weekly location updates, customer love, team moments, and gluten education. All designed to drive foot traffic and event inquiries.

CRM and email: Organized guest data, created simple segments, and added clear capture points on the site. Now Donut I Love U can invite people back for future events, seasonal offerings, and store updates.

Ongoing partnership: Continued support tying campaigns, site updates, and social plans back to the strategy. No more guessing week to week.


The Shift

Donut I Love U now has a digital presence that works as hard as the trucks. Guests can quickly see what’s on the menu, where to find the trucks, and how to book private events.

The team has a growing email list, a consistent social presence, and a brand system that supports expansion instead of scrambling to keep up.
