Challenge:
Combine two personal training brands and a tight knit cycling community into one clear studio brand that feels premium and welcoming in a crowded boutique fitness market, with offers that make sense to everyday athletes, not just hardcore gym people.
What GiddyBrands did:
Led a Brand Strategy Workshop to define PERFORM’s purpose, values, personality, ideal members, and position around adaptive, performance focused training with real community support. Created the PERFORM name and class naming structure, then designed a visual identity and logo system that feels kinetic, gender neutral, and strong across signage, merch, and digital. Built core messaging the team uses for studio story, sales conversations, and launch content.
Result:
PERFORM now has a unified brand platform and language for what sets them apart, giving Britt and Cassidy clarity and confidence as they design the studio experience and roll out future campaigns.
