The Situation

Brand strategy: Led a workshop and brand refresh to clarify who OZPros is for, what it promises, and how each offer fits together. Positioned the brand to expand into broader tax strategy without losing focus.

Messaging: Reworked naming and language around a simple front door: the Tax Free Wealth Masterclass. One clear entry point for investors, advisors, and business owners.

Website: Planned, wrote, and designed new site and landing experiences that give each audience a clear path from first click to booked call.

Founder brand: Built Ashley’s personal brand into a consistent signal with weekly podcast guesting, masterclass promotion, and repurposed clips feeding traffic into the funnel.

Content system: Created a repeatable engine that turns podcast appearances, masterclass content, and educational pieces into ongoing lead generation.

Sales funnel: Designed and implemented the masterclass funnel in HubSpot Marketing Hub with tracking, segmentation, and automated follow-up. Heavy use of AI tools for speed and insight.

Ongoing partnership: Joined the OZPros EOS L10 weekly to connect brand and marketing activity to real pipeline and product decisions. Not a vendor relationship. Embedded in the business.
