You're here because something's not pulling its weight.
Stop panning every bend in the river. Here's what we fix, and how.
Website design in Charlotte, plus the brand strategy that makes it work.
How GiddyBrands works
One senior team gets your brand clear, sharp, and easy to find, then keeps it working month after month. Flat rates. No layers. You own everything.
Phase 1
The Brand Build
One flat rate, one focused sprint. We nail down your story, design your look, and build a website that turns visitors into inquiries, with the AI visibility work most agencies skip. A few weeks later you have a brand that pulls its weight and it's all yours.
Phase 2
Ongoing Support
Month to month, cancel anytime. We keep your brand sharp with strategy, content, campaigns, and site updates, sized to what you actually need. Need a quick fix or a small project instead? Hourly work is on the table too.
Turn your brand into a workhorse
01
A website that earns its keep.
Clear story, clean design, fast build, and every page pointing visitors toward reaching out. Built on your story rather than just your colors, which is why our sites convert, and built so Google and AI tools can actually read it and recommend you.
Perfect if your site confuses people, loads slow, or no longer matches the size of your business.
How it actually works. What people ask before they book a build.
The story, the look, and the website, in that order. Strategy comes first: who you're for, why you win, and how to say it, usually with messaging you can hand to anyone who writes for the business. Then the identity, meaning logo, color, type, and simple rules that keep it consistent everywhere. Then the site, built on that story rather than just those colors, with the structure and technical work that lets Google and AI tools actually read it. You get every file, every login, and a short guide to using it all, and you own the lot from the day it launches.
Strategy is what you stand for. Identity is what that looks like. Strategy answers who you serve, what makes you the obvious choice, and how to say it in a sentence a stranger understands. Identity turns that into a logo, colors, type, and a visual system. Most businesses skip the first and pay for the second, which is why so many new logos change nothing. At GiddyBrands the strategy always comes first, because a good identity built on a vague strategy is an expensive way to stay forgettable.
Yes, if the message is already clear. If you can explain what makes you different in one sentence and your look holds up, a site rebuild on its own is the right call and it goes fast. If the story is fuzzy, a new website just makes the fuzziness load faster. On the first call Jake will tell you honestly which one you need, and it's common for people to arrive asking for a site and end up doing a shorter strategy pass first, because it makes the website easier and better.
The build is one flat rate quoted before we start. Everything after that is month to month with no minimum term, and you can pause or stop whenever you want. There's no annual retainer and no notice period. Support is sized to what you actually need, from a few hours of updates to running the whole marketing calendar, and it can change month to month as the business does. Quick fixes and one-off projects are available hourly for people who don't need the ongoing help.
You do, all of it, from day one. Logo files in every format, the fonts and color values, the website and its hosting login, the copy, the photography, the templates. Nothing is licensed back to you and nothing sits on a GiddyBrands account you'd lose access to. If we parted tomorrow, everything we built would keep working without us. That's deliberate, and it's one of the main reasons people choose a studio over an agency.
Most GiddyBrands websites launch four to six weeks after the design is approved, and six to eight weeks from kickoff if we're doing strategy and identity first. Simple sites go faster. Large sites with a lot of pages, custom features, or several people approving things take longer. You get the timeline with the quote, and the two things that most often slow a project down are waiting on content and waiting on decisions, both of which we build the process around.
A workshop is a single focused session where we get clear on who you serve, what you stand for, and how to say it, then turn that into a written plan that guides the look, the website, the content, and how you sell. You need one if different people describe your business differently, if you're launching something new, or if the business is strong and the brand still feels vague. You don't need one if you can already say what makes you different in a sentence and everyone on your team says the same thing. It's the fastest way to find out which of those you are.
Yes, and it's built into the site rather than bolted on after. Every GiddyBrands site is structured so Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT can read what you do, where you do it, and why you're different, which is increasingly how people find businesses now. That covers page structure, clear service and location pages, schema markup, and copy written to answer the questions people actually type. Ongoing support can add content, local search work, and tracking how you show up in AI answers over time.
Yes. GiddyBrands is based in Charlotte and works with founder-led businesses across the country and abroad, including clients in New Zealand and India. Local clients get in-person workshops and photography when that helps. Everyone else runs the same process remotely, which is how most of it happens anyway. The work spans software, finance and advisory, construction and trades, hospitality and travel, professional services, retail, and outdoor recreation.
Time to giddy up.
You can pan every bend in the river, or you can know where the gold sits.
