Sound familiar

Most people come to me knowing they need a better website. Fewer know what a better one actually does. The business is good, anyone who's worked with you knows it, and the site doesn't say so. So someone comparing you to three others picks on price, or picks whoever looked more sure of themselves.

It looks like everyone else's.

You've outgrown the template.

It doesn't say what makes you different.

Nobody finds it unless they already know your name.

The fun part is how fast it changes. Higher on Google, showing up when people ask ChatGPT who to call, and more of the right inquiries, usually within the first couple of months.

No panning required

What's included in a GiddyBrands website. Everything, for one flat rate.

riegercreeklodge.com
Rieger Creek Lodge website designed by GiddyBrands

Pheasant hunting lodge · South Dakota

Rieger Creek Lodge

A family-run lodge running some of the best pheasant hunts in South Dakota. We rebuilt the brand and the site around what a hunt at Rieger actually feels like, and added a hunt planner that became their best source of new names and a tool the guides use to close.

After seeing the new website, a major publication in their industry reached out wanting to feature them.

tackre.com
Tack Capital website designed by GiddyBrands

Multifamily investment · Richmond, VA

Tack Capital

A strong firm with a real track record, on a solid Wix site that looked like thousands of others. We kept the name and identity and rebuilt it custom on WordPress so it's as memorable as the firm, with a place for monthly investor updates that also feed the email list.

Moved from Wix to WordPress with zero downtime, and Tucker now publishes updates in minutes.

Built to be found, not just seen.

When someone asks ChatGPT who to hire for what you do in Charlotte, it names two or three businesses based on what it can read. Every site I build is set up to be one of them: plain statements of what you do and where, structured data, answers to the questions your buyers ask, and a site, listing, and reviews that tell the same story.

A beautiful site nobody finds is an expensive brochure.

Reviews

What people say. Five stars on Google, in their words.

Their innovative approach to web design produced show stopping results, and we could not be happier with the finished product. Jake is gifted at translating conversations into visions and making those visions come to life in a timely fashion.
Christen Valotta, Hunting Hills
He helped us put words to things we knew about our business but hadn't been able to articulate yet. The brand shapes decisions well beyond a logo, and it's still something we come back to regularly.
Cassidy, co-founder, PERFORM Fitness, Matthews NC
Technology is frustrating to me, but Jake and crew made my concept and vision come to fruition pain-free. A bespoke company that won't just put your project into bucket 1, 2, or 3. Everything was custom, turned out better than I expected.
Rick Bandazian
He took the time to understand our business, kept us in the loop throughout the process, and delivered a site that looks sharp and works great.
Mike Benlock, Hunting Hills
They built our website and made it incredibly easy for us to manage and add new posts without needing any coding experience.
Lauren Boone, Triscend Partners
Jake brilliantly helped me create a brand. Not just a website, not just a logo, but a brand, an identity.

Based in Charlotte. When it helps, I'll come to your office or we'll grab coffee or lunch nearby, from South End and Ballantyne to Matthews and up toward Lake Norman. Everything else runs remotely, which is how I work with clients from the Carolinas to New Zealand.

Questions

Website design questions I get.

How much does website design cost in Charlotte?

It depends on the size of the site, but it helps to know the three tiers you'll run into. Large agencies charge the most, with account managers, junior designers, and layers between you and the work. Freelancers cost less but usually cover one skill, design or development, and you fill in the rest. Marketplaces like Fiverr and Upwork are the cheapest, mostly templates, hit or miss, and the person is gone after launch.

GiddyBrands is agency-level work at the price of a local contractor. I spent ten years building websites at an agency before starting this, so you get the strategy, design, copy, and SEO an agency would bring, from the person you're actually talking to, quoted as one flat rate before we start.

How long does it take to build a website?

Most GiddyBrands websites take four to six weeks from the first strategy session to launch. Larger sites or projects that include a full rebrand can take longer, and you get the timeline with the quote.

Do you use website templates?

No. Every site is custom designed around your business and built on WordPress, so it looks and feels like you rather than a theme with your logo on it.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. Sites are built so you can edit pages, add posts, and publish updates without code, and every launch includes a walkthrough. Month-to-month support is available if you'd rather hand that off.

Do you do SEO and AI search optimization?

Yes, it's built into every site: page structure, local signals, schema markup, FAQ content, and setup for Google Search Console and Bing, so search engines and AI assistants like ChatGPT can read what you do and recommend you.

Do you only design websites for Charlotte businesses?

No. GiddyBrands is based in Charlotte and meets local clients in person, but works with founder-led businesses across the US and internationally, including lodges, finance firms, software companies, and professional services.

What do I need to have ready before we start?

Very little. Access to your current site and domain if you have them, any photos or brand files you already own, and time for one strategy session. The strategy and the copy are part of what we do.

Who owns the website when it's finished?

You do. The site, the hosting account, the domain, the files, and every login are yours from day one. Nothing is licensed back or held on a GiddyBrands account.
